TITLE: Human Resources Assistant (Entry Level)

SUMMARY: Provides support in functional areas of human resources and answers any questions regarding HR policies and procedures. This position supports the team in a cold manufacturing facility.

SHIFT: 3pm-1130pm

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to perform tasks quickly
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience supporting HR related functions
• Familiar with employment-related laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist HR with supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
• Assist with preparing and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
• Support HR related training
• Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
• Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
