Our client, a global financial services organization in Conshohocken, PA is looking to add an HRBP to their growing team. This position is onsite Monday-Thursday, will have 1 remote day per week.
Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Work with business leads to understand business plans, talent issues and opportunities and align HR activities to enhance and support.
  • Consult with leaders on organizational structure, implement changes (design, job changes, communications, etc.)
  • Advise leaders on employee career pathing, advancement, development, retention.
  • Implement key internal people processes and programs, such as talent review, performance management, compensation and mobility.
  • Provide 1:1 consultation to employees and managers, and foster connectivity to HR SMEs (recruiting, training, benefits, etc.), as needed.
  • Manage and remediate employee relations situations.
  • Similarly, maintain regular contact with diverse and/or high potential employees. Opportunistically design bespoke career solutions that align with business strategy and need.
  • Design and execute strategic projects and programs that foster engagement and retention (i.e., DEI, employee survey).
  • Conduct welcome discussions with new hires and exit interviews with departing employees.
  • Leverage data to drive insight and drive sensible decision making.
  • Advise managers and Talent Acquisition teammates on select open roles, as needed.
  • Coach and mentor junior HR teammates.
Your background will include:
  • Relevant, progressive HR experience with at least 3 years as a business partner supporting senior executives and 7 years in Human Resources.
  • Experience in Private Equity and/or Asset Management are a plus.
  • Proven ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative.
  • Able to successfully manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment. Not afraid to “roll up sleeves” to complete more tactical assignments. Able to switch between strategic and tactical.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with fluid information.
  • A collaborative disposition; an appreciation for the value of infusing joy into what we do each day.
  • Knowledge of US employment laws.
