School Psychologist - Newton, MA

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Newton, MA. This role is an opportunity to support students' emotional, behavioral, and academic development in a collaborative and dynamic educational setting.

• Position: School Psychologist
• Location: Newton, MA
• Duration: Full-time
• Start Date: ASAP
• Grade Levels: K-12

• Conduct prehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
• Provide counseling and support services to students individually and in groups.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
• Support crisis intervention and promote mental health awareness within the school munity.
• Utilize data to inform decisions and improve student outes.

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist Certification is required.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong skills in psychological assessment, consultation, and intervention planning.
• Excellent munication and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of diverse student populations and effective cultural petency practices.
• Experience with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI).
• Proficiency in report writing and data interpretation.
