Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support / Order Processing Specialist to provide excellent support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will handle order processing, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a smooth order experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information.
- Process orders by reviewing, entering, and confirming details.
- Assist with order status, product availability, and delivery updates.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and order adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer Service/Order Processing experience
- **Experience with CRM a big PLUS
- Proficient in order processing systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
