Ultimate Staffing Services is hiring: Customer Service / Order Processor - $20/h

We are looking for a Customer Support / Order Processing Specialist to provide excellent support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will handle order processing, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a smooth order experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information.
• Process orders by reviewing, entering, and confirming details.
• Assist with order status, product availability, and delivery updates.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and order adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Customer Service/Order Processing experience
• **Experience with CRM a big PLUS
• Proficient in order processing systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
