What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Coordinating recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
- Supporting onboarding for new hires, managing paperwork and orientation
- Addressing employee relations inquiries, particularly for a Spanish-speaking workforce
- Providing general HR administrative support
- Organizing and tracking employee training programs
- Facilitating clear communication between employees and the HR department
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role (e.g., coordinator, assistant, TA coordinator)
- Technologically savvy, familiar with HR software and/or recruitment platforms
- Experience in high-volume recruitment support is highly preferred
