Compensation: $70-90k

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design process from wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively
• Analyze user feedback and market research to continuously improve product experiences
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Present design ideas and solutions to key stakeholders and team members

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Be able to do the job as described
• Strong proficiency in Figma and design frameworks
• Deep understanding of CSS and interaction design principles
• Proven experience with building and maintaining design systems
• Ability to travel for in-person team meetings and summits
