Position Overview:
The HR and Recruiting Specialist will play a critical role in supporting Aquashine Express’s growth by leading the recruitment process for new and existing locations, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees, and contributing to an engaging workplace culture. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and people skills to attract top talent and ensure a seamless HR experience for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions across multiple car wash sites.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final offers.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Utilize online platforms, job boards, career fairs, and community outreach to source candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future staffing needs.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into their roles and the company culture.
Coordinate background checks, employment paperwork, and orientation schedules.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure offboarding processes are handled professionally and in compliance with company policies.
HR Support:
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR-related topics, including benefits, payroll, and conflict resolution.
Track and report key metrics such as time-to-hire, employee turnover, and onboarding satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field.
Experience in a high-growth or multi-location environment is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
