Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Janitor/Maintenance Worker for our real estate client to start immediately at $20-$35/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
Our Real Estate client is searching for a full time janitor/maintenance worker to do local travel in New Lenox, Orland Park, Mokena, Tinley Park, Lockport and Lemont, IL to do minor repairs on their properties: Duties include:
- Painting
- Changing Lightbulbs
- Cleaning of the property
- Using hand tools for minor projects
- Coordinating with contractors to schedule more major projects
- Other duties as necessary
Location: Mokena, IL
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a janitor/maintenance worker is preferred
- Experience using hand tools is a requirement
- Good communication skills are necessary
- Highly organized
- Able to travel to different properties with your own vehicle (mileage is provided)
