• Provide high-level administrative support, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint Design.
• Execute manual tasks efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.
• Showcase advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills to develop and deliver presentations.
• Utilize Excel Formulas effectively to manage and organize data.
• Address compliance risks promptly and effectively, ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures.
• Assist in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the department.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the role of Executive Assistant or similar administrative position• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint Design
• Ability to execute manual tasks with attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing presentations
• Proficiency in Excel Formulas for data management and reporting
• Prior experience in providing Administrative Assistance to senior management
• Knowledge of Compliance Risk to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
