We are in search of an Executive Assistant to join our team in the non-profit sector, based in Baltimore, Maryland. The role will involve supporting the executive office, including international engagement and constituent relations departments, with various administrative tasks. The role provides an excellent opportunity for a blend of in-office and remote work, with all necessary equipment provided for the latter.
Responsibilities:
• Provide detail oriented staff support to the Executive Office.
• Assist with the organization's international engagement, governance, and constituent relations activities.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to manage various situations.
• Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills to maintain a balance among multiple priorities.
• Work discreetly on matters relating to the Executive Office, International Relations, Constituent Relations, Advisory Board, and the general public.
• Coordinate schedules and generate reports as needed.
• Prepare executive presentations and other necessary documents.
• Expertise in using Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.
• Ensure the smooth running of the office by managing multiple priorities efficiently.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a non-profit organization
• Proven expertise in managing advisory boards and coordinating schedules
• Ability to generate comprehensive reports and present them to executives
• Proficiency in creating executive-level presentations
• Strong skills in using Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Proven track record of taking initiative and exhibiting a proactive attitude
• Willingness and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
