We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the Financial Services industry, located in Plymouth, Michigan. This role will require you to be diligent, highly organized, and proficient in Administrative Assistance and Calendar Management.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Manage executive's calendars, appointments and travel arrangements
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.• Proven experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry.
• Proficiency in providing high-level administrative assistance.
• Demonstrated expertise in calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Strong knowledge of office procedures and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in use of Office Suite and other relevant software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of professionalism and ability to interact with all levels of staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
