We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant II in Seattle, Washington. This role primarily revolves around providing support to our expanding organization in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing intricate schedules, coordinating events, and acting as a liaison for the team across different sites.


Responsibilities:


• Provide dedicated support to the leadership team across various sites

• Handle intricate scheduling of meetings, travel, events, and tasks across multiple groups

• Coordinate and engage proactively with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars

• Act as a liaison for the team across different sites, with special attention to time-zones and global holidays

• Manage group logistics, including travel and expense reporting

• Demonstrate initiative and complete tasks and projects quickly in a highly ambiguous environment

• Build deep and trusting detail-oriented relationships with the leaders and their teams, providing opportunity for special projects with increased responsibility

• Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company

• Show superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple critical requests while maintaining flexibility, a sense of humor, and grace under pressure.

• Proven experience in Customer Service
• Proficiency in Planning and Scheduling
• Familiarity with 'About Time' software
• Demonstrated Leadership Skills
• Knowledge of Logistics and Calendar Management
• Ability to act as a Liaison between different departments
• Experience with Expense Reporting and managing Travel arrangements
• Understanding of Cloud Technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AWS Technologies
• Comfortable working with the C-Suite level of a company
• Ability to manage Conference Calls and Design Concepts
• Experience leading Special Projects
• Experience managing an Expense Account
• Excellent Coordination skills
• Knowledge of Disability Claims and Disability Benefits
• Demonstrated ability to drive Innovation
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Understanding of HTTPS
• Experience with International Travel arrangements
