Pantera Capital is the first institutional investment firm focused exclusively on bitcoin, other digital currencies, and companies in the blockchain tech ecosystem. Pantera is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a General Partner and Partner on the Private Investment Team, a General Partner on the Liquid Investment Team, and the Deputy General Counsel. This role requires presence in the office three days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level, detail oriented executive support to the two General Partners, Partner, and Deputy General Counsel.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple complex calendars, scheduling meetings and prioritizing appointments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Assist in organizing and managing logistics for industry conferences, ensuring seamless participation for the executives.
  • Prepare and submit monthly expense reports and track reimbursements, as necessary.
  • Provide additional support as required by the executives, adapting to changing priorities and urgent needs.
  • Cohesively collaborate with other Administration staff and Executive Assistants.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a financial environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level communications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to think critically and find solutions to unexpected challenges.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they become problems.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, while always maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Strong work ethic, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Blockchain is a plus.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $140,000 USD*

  • Compensation range is provided as an estimate and will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
