We are seeking to expand our business development team by adding an experienced Campaign Manager to provide sales, marketing, and content support to the Founder, Managing Partner and the Capital Formation team. The candidate will be integrally involved in the systematic sales process to apply proprietary data and market intelligence to generate, prepare, and execute on meeting and meeting action items. The candidate will interact directly with the Founder, Managing Partner as well as work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Capital Formation team. The position requires presence in our New York office four days a week.

Responsibilities:

Lead key sales & marketing campaigns with a primary focus on Roadshows

Develop Founder, Managing Partner’s meeting outreach emails

Developing, writing and formatting email content per specifications

Identifying correct recipients per mailing based on past history

Providing past meeting notes and supporting materials

Managing the campaign process to completion

Prepare Founder, Managing Partner for sales meetings

Source or create meeting prep materials

Prepare background research for Sales Meetings

Review and confirm roadshow logistics

Prepare Founder, Managing Partner’s meeting follow-ups

Source and transcribe Managing Partner’s meeting notes

Create Managing Partner’s meeting follow-ups with input from Lead Owner and Content Team

Own process to completion

Track and execute on Action Items arising from Founder, Managing Partner meetings

Research Action Items as needed with Sales, Content, Finance, etc.

Develop response for Action Items

Provide general support to the Founder, Managing Partner and Capital Formation Team

Address questions and research issues

Provide general problem-solving and issue resolution

Support sales and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

4 to 6 years of relevant work experience

Previous experience in business development, marketing campaign management

Previous experience in business communications or other writing experience

Exceptional verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills

Excellent personnel, project management, and time management skills

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce, tech savvy

Attention to detail and concern for quantitative accuracy

Knowledgeable and passionate about blockchain/cryptocurrency technology a plus

Salary Range

$150,000 - $180,000 USD

*Compensation range is provided as an estimate and will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
