Our client is a leading philanthropic organization dedicated to sustainability at the local and global scale. We seek a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive scheduling, including international travel arrangements and high-stakes meeting coordination
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, reports, and correspondence
- Handle confidential communications and sensitive information with discretion
- Serve as primary communication liaison for executive leadership
- Organize and maintain executive office systems and digital/physical filing
- Coordinate board meetings, executive events, and strategic planning sessions
- Manage expense reporting and budget tracking for executive office
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years executive assistant experience in nonprofit, philanthropic, or corporate environments
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, time-sensitive priorities
