We are looking for driven team members who want to join us on our mission to lead cloud security globally. Does this sound like the right place for you?
What you will do
- You will report to the SVP, Global Sales.
- Provide full administrative support to three executives and their teams. Will work West Coast hours and SF Office presence required twice a week.
- Manage calendars/travel/expenses.
- Plan for events, offsites, meetings and help with special projects.
- Partner/coordinate with other EAs for scheduling.
- File and retrieve confidential corporate records, documents and reports.
What you will bring with you
- Seven plus years of administrative experience with three of these years supporting Executives, within high tech or a fast-paced company.
- Four year degree from an accredited College or University.
- Comprehensive communicator; both written and oral.
- Familiarity with administrative support tools (Gsuite, Zoom, Excel, PPT, Slack).

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between 102000 USD and 128000 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
