We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our client's executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and helping to drive organizational success. Qualifications:

+ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools. Blackbaud software experience is preferred.

+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.

+ High level of discretion and professionalism.

+ Preferred: Associates degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

+ Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meetings for executives.

+ Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

+ Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

+ Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

+ Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

+ Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences.

+ Perform general administrative tasks such as expense reporting and filing.
