Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to the CEO. This role requires someone who can manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and high-priority tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting C-Level executives and be able to handle both office and personal responsibilities seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level support to the CEO, managing day-to-day operations and personal assistance.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Schedule and manage meetings, events, and high-priority appointments.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain professionalism while interacting with high-profile clients.
  • Ensure smooth operations by proactively solving problems and prioritizing tasks.
  • Provide white-glove service for VIP clients, handling special requests such as shipping items, making reservations, and addressing customer service concerns.
  • Assist with maintaining office systems and keeping records and reports up to date.
  • Manage occasional after-hours support as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting C-Level executives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experience managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and high-level client interactions.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
  • Professional and calm under pressure with the ability to prioritize and handle confidential matters.
