Position: Executive Assistant
Pay Rate: $33.65/hr
Duration: 6-month Contract to hire
Location: Independence Ave, Washington DC
- Hybrid 1-2 days per week onsite
Openings: 1
Start Date: January 13th, 2025
Interview Process: 2 Rounds
Clearance: Public Trust (able to obtain/will get processed for)
Hours: 8am-5pm
Day to day:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate and support special projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
Must haves:
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Concur knowledge preferred – DoD equivalent accepted
- Proficient in booking travel and with the federal travel reimbursement process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with federal clients or in a government
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
