Insight Global is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join the team of one of our large distribution clients! This candidate will support one or more VPs and Directors. On a day-to-day basis, they will be monitoring emails, handling their calendars, setting up meetings, copying/filing documents, and answering some phone calls. They will create agendas, attend and take minutes at meetings, and maintain an organized filing system. Also, this candidate will book travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as well as plan and coordinate on-site and off-site events. They should be comfortable with the MS Office Suite and inputting expenses into Concur. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, self-motivated, and extremely organized.
The pay rate for this role is between $20- 26/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of college education or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant in a corporate environment
- Background is assisting multiple individuals and working with/maintaining confidential data
- Ability to manage schedules, run reports, organize meetings, and make travel arrangements
- Great typing skills and experience with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- SAP Concur experience
- Knowledge of Visio

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
