Summary:
Our client, an award-winning national construction contractor, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Vice President in their Raleigh office. This role requires an organized, reliable professional who can handle a high level of responsibility, working with discretion on sensitive information. The ideal candidate is capable of delivering top-notch service, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating effectively with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the VP, effectively liaising with staff, management, clients, consultants, and vendors to provide exceptional service.
- Manage and organize the VP"s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and prioritizing time-sensitive engagements.
- Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of company rental properties, ensuring timely repairs and optimal property conditions.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a communication liaison between the VP and internal/external clients, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness.
- Support the VP in miscellaneous projects, such as creating new forms, updating job folders, and organizing information.
- Maintain confidentiality on all matters, exercising sound judgment and discretion at all times.
Job Requirements
Executive Admin Job Requirements:
- Bachelor"s degree in Business or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience, with a background in executive support for leaders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow directions precisely
