We are looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support a leading matchmaking and coaching business. This position plays a vital role in managing day-to-day operations and delivering excellent client experiences, with responsibilities ranging across administration, customer relations, event coordination, social media, and research.


This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities to support a mission-driven business.


This is a mostly remote role based in Los Angeles.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle scheduling, manage email correspondence, and maintain clear records to ensure seamless operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service.
  • Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups, update customer information, assist with billing, and support program administration with a basic knowledge of platforms like Kajabi.
  • Organize and manage logistics for virtual events, including workshops and webinars, using tools like Zoom, Calendly, and Google Calendar.
  • Assist in managing social media presence, contribute content ideas, and support marketing efforts across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Conduct industry research, stay informed on new tools and trends, and provide insights to help inform business strategies and decisions.
  • Use virtual tools for scheduling and collaboration, explore new tech advancements, and maintain expertise in tools like Canva and ChatGPT.
  • Some personal assistant duties including pet care.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years similar Executive Assistant experience directly supporting a CEO/Founder and/or high profile principal in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. Previous remote experience is a must.
  • Highly organized with excellent skills in calendar management, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with experience drafting and proofreading documents and engaging with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.
  • Must have experience in planning and executing virtual events with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Knowledgeable in managing social media platforms and supporting marketing activities like Instagram, TikTok, and ManyChat is preferred.
  • Must be tech savvy with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and adaptable to new technologies. Experience with platforms like Kajabi, Canva, and ChatGPT is preferred.
  • Must love dogs and cats!


Location: Mostly remote; must be based in Los Angeles.


Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week with flexibility as needed.


Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 DOE
