Position: Administrative Assistant to the Owner
Location: Aventura, FL
Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 + Bonus and Benefits

WE are a leading real estate development firm in Aventura, FL, is seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the company's owner. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with a visionary leader in the real estate industry, contributing to the success of a fast-paced and dynamic organization.

The role comes with a competitive salary of $70,000 - $75,000, a comprehensive benefits package, and performance-based bonuses. It is ideal for a seasoned administrative professional with exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle executive-level responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the owner, managing day-to-day operations and schedules.
  • Coordinate and manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries.
  • Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, and sensitive documents for meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the owner and internal teams, clients, and vendors, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Oversee special projects and conduct research to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges to enhance the owner's productivity and focus.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an administrative assistant role, preferably supporting an executive or business owner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Organizational Skills: Superior time-management and organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Personal Attributes: Confident, self-directed, and sharp, with a strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions while maintaining a high level of discretion.
