LHH is seeking motivated Executive Assistant candidates with 5+ years of experience to support our client, a family run business in the Baltimore area. This is a hybrid role (1-2x per week in the office), supporting the CEO with executive and personal tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure timely responses and triage communications.
  • Draft communications for the CEO to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute staff updates.
  • Flag critical items for the CEO's attention.
  • Manage complex calendar for CEO's business and personal commitments, including coordinating extensive domestic and international travel.
  • Manage logistics for client meetings, industry events, and board commitments.
  • Support CEO's leadership of the board, including weekly commitments and meeting preparation.
  • Research and brief CEO on industry trends.
  • Manage and process expense reports for CEO and assist with COO's expense reporting.
  • Support basic financial administration.
  • Assist with business documents and presentations.
  • Engage with clients, including special events and key date recognition.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and office team on operational matters.
  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas and take and distribute meeting notes to facilitate follow-up.
  • Assist with client event coordination.
  • Process mail, bills, and personal administration.
  • Coordinate family scheduling and manage logistics for children's activities.
  • Manage household logistics, appointments, and special projects.
