Responsibilities: As an Executive Assistant, this individual will provide administrative and operational support first to the Owner, but also to the office as needed. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with superb communication skills. S/he should thrive in an ambiguous environment. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist Owner with all written communication
  • Meticulous maintenance of electronic and paper filing systems
  • Edit and update spreadsheets, reports and HUD forms
  • Process expenses, invoices and reconciliations
  • Schedule / coordinate meetings and general maintenance of Owners Outlook calendar
  • General administrative duties such as monitoring phones, email and mail
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be detail-oriented, but cognizant of the big picture
  • Bachelor’s degree accompanied by 5-7 years of upper-level management administrative experience. Background in multi-family housing development and management; a background in real estate law preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must act with highest degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality

Applicable Physical Capabilities: General mobility in office areas is required, along with the ability to operate data processing/office equipment.
