Responsibilities:
  • Under general supervision and action on own initiative, performs diverse and advanced secretarial duties and administrative support.
  • Responsible for performing tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees of the organization.
  • Responsibilities include performing various tasks in administrative support at the upper executive level.
  • The Administrative job family is responsible for supporting, coordinating, supervising, managing, or directing administrative activities and operations.
  • They manage conflicting demands, handle highly confidential materials, and enable leaders to deliver programs, projects, and/or business outcomes.
  • Administrative roles perform, lead, supervise, or manage a broad range of administrative or Executive support activities

Essential Job Functions:
  • Perform data analysis and generate detailed reports to support administrative decisions.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address administrative needs and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations and legal requirements in all administrative tasks.
  • Participate in the assessment of departmental performance, offering insights for improvement.
  • Conduct data entry and management tasks that contribute to effective administrative functions.
  • Support the implementation of administrative projects, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in administration
  • Proficiencies in administration and analysis
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Must have skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in providing administrative support as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Experience in providing administrative support to Executives.
Other Qualifications (Preferred):
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, Certified Analytics Professional) or relevant work experience in administration and analysis is a plus
