The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to the CEO. Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations is critical.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, also provide support to the executive team as directed by the CEO to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
- Maintain and enhance internal processes that support executives across the company, coordinating both internal and external resources to streamline workflow for the CEO
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements (both private and commercial), client management, and other company logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
- Plan meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Understand and interpret financial reports to provide accurate information and insights to the CEO and executive team
- Utilize a strong understanding of technology support systems to assist in the smooth operation of executive functions

- Ability to develop 'client-ready' presentation material and communicate effectively to a broad range of stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to understand and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances, direction, and personal styles
- Good decision-making skills - able to recognize and research a problem, identify root causes and cost impact, and apply past experiences to identify alternative solutions
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand financial reports
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple products (specifically iPhone), and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Experience with research and writing reports
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Ability to keep company confidences
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- 10 years' experience in administrative role reporting directly to senior management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
