Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, based in our Frederick, MD office location.

Status: Full-Time
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, typical 40 hour work week.
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Location: Frederick, MD

Essential Functions:
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain calendar for the CEO's schedule. Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences for CEO; take notes, minutes, or other documentation as directed.
- Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of CEO, review content, determine importance, and summarizes and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to complete some office functions.
- Perform office tasks including maintaining records and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Respond to communication (phone, email, text) from clients and families, referral sources, and ABH staff within 24 hours or the next business day.
- Assist with planning and organizing of corporate events and functions.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and prioritizing sensitive matters.
- Provide office manager support with ordering and disseminating office supplies for the office locations.
- Arrange for travel and accommodations of executives, if applicable.
- Comply with and update CARF/COMAR/HIPPA/State compliance regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in a related role required with some supervisory experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems. Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
