Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, based in our Frederick, MD office location.

ABH is a family centered mental health program that offers a wraparound approach to treatment. We specialize in Psychiatry, Off-Site Counseling Services, On-Site therapy, and Therapeutic Mentoring. Location: Frederick, MD
Status: Full-Time
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, typical 40 hour work week.
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Essential Functions:
  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain calendar for the CEO's schedule. Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences for CEO; take notes, minutes, or other documentation as directed.
  • Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of CEO, review content, determine importance, and summarizes and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to complete some office functions.
  • Perform office tasks including maintaining records and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Respond to communication (phone, email, text) from clients and families, referral sources, and ABH staff within 24 hours or the next business day.
  • Assist with planning and organizing of corporate events and functions.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and prioritizing sensitive matters.
  • Provide office manager support with ordering and disseminating office supplies for the office locations.
  • Arrange for travel and accommodations of executives, if applicable.
  • Comply with and update CARF/COMAR/HIPPA/State compliance regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in a related role required with some supervisory experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems. Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
