Our mission is to create a first class buying and selling experience for all of our clients and we are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team.
Looking for a detail-oriented person who can focus on many projects in a fun, fast-paced real estate office. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency are a must. Having a strong marketing and real estate background is a must. Being able to write a fantastic home description, advertise the listing on many social media sites, talking to the clients and other realtors in an articulate fashion is critical. There is some data entry with inputting new homes on the MLS system. This job is for the person who can think on their feet with some basic common sense.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Responsibilities
- Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management, listing management and back office support.
- Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.).
- Manage website, blog sites and social media.
- Participate in company-provided training sessions.
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers).
- Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
- Create, maintain and utilize a complete lead follow-up system.
- Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers.
- Listing management / Buyer management.
- Prepare and set up all open houses. Ensure open house materials are properly retrieved and stored after an open house has concluded.
- Continue to take day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies.
Qualifications
- Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, google suite, gmail products and Internet skills
- Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
- Deadline driven and extremely organized
- Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Learning based and solution oriented
Compensation
$30,000 - $45,000
