Job Description
We’re hiring a diligent Executive Assistant to join the Coastal Connection team as a direct support to the team leader, one of the top real estate agents in Baldwin County.
This is a full-time (M-F, 9 am-5 pm), salaried position with bonus opportunities and 100% company-paid health and dental insurance for the employee.
Requires working onsite in our Orange Beach office. (Orange Beach, AL 36561 REQUIRED)
Evening and weekend work is not required, but is available with additional earning opportunities.

Compensation:$36,000 - $46,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison in communication with team members, clients, and agents
- Execute client relationship systems according to company standards
- Manage team leaders' calendars and adhere to scheduled obligations
- Schedule and track showing appointments and client meetings
- Take notes in client calls and meetings
- Manage team leaders' email
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports
- Maintain the client management system
- Book travel arrangements
- Compile property searches
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Oversee scheduling logistics for new properties
- Oversee office supplies
- Assist with personal errands of the team leader
- This person may act as a showing agent if licensed and agreed upon
- Must currently live within 20 miles of Orange Beach, AL
- Great written and verbal skills
- Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
