We are looking for a motivated administrative professional to support the team dedicated to driving global digital growth across the Frame.io business. The ideal candidate will be a calendaring guru, who loves to juggle multiple projects.

What you'll do
  • Facilitate efficient operations for Frame.io's head of Product, Engineering, Operations, and Strategy through skilled administrative support.
  • Extensive scheduling and calendar coordination, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts with ability to perceive needs (various time zones, priorities, etc.)
  • Calendar management - coordinate all meetings for our leader including but not limited to team meetings, offsite meetings and meetings with internal business partners across time zones.
  • Partner closely with Frame's Head of Operations to coordinate contribute to special projects including team off-sites, team building activities, and all hands meetings inclusive of major international trade shows (NAB and IBC)
  • General travel arrangements, domestic & international
  • Own basic updating to critical systems of record.
  • Look for opportunities to streamline efforts and improve processes.
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports.
  • Project Management skills as well as prioritizing work and balancing several workstreams at a time
  • Partner closely with the IT organization and internal partners in preparation for meetings.
  • Purchase and track hardware, software, office supplies.
  • Use a high degree of judgment and discretion in the handling and maintenance of materials of a confidential and/or sensitive nature.
  • Coordinate assistance with office space and equipment
  • Maintain organization distribution lists and charts, ability to review data with a keen attention to detail
  • Create purchase requisitions and work with the finance department to project expenses.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or minimum of 10 administrative experience
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environment
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines with little direction
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business acumen and timely follow-throug
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks with minimal direction in a very fast-paced environment and apply sound judgment.
  • Great teammate with strong interpersonal skills and partners well, develops and preserves positive relationships across the organization.
  • Confidence and strong decision-making skills
  • Proven mastery of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel
  • Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support at events/conferences
  • Ability to manage complex assignments autonomously

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $79,100 -- $166,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
