Position: Executive Assistant Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high culinary standards.
• Prepare and cook dishes to perfection, following our menu and recipes.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Executive Assistant Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
