Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant will wear many hats and provide crucial support in administrative tasks, inventory tracking, bookkeeping, and other office duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a close-knit, collaborative environment and wants to be part of a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Keep office files and records organized.
  • Bookkeeping:
  • Record financial transactions and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Process invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate expense records.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Track cannabis product inventory and supplies.
  • Reconcile physical inventory with records.
  • Prepare simple inventory reports.
  • Compliance Support:
  • Prepare transfer manifests and assist with other regulatory paperwork.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Basic Graphic Design and Marketing Assistance:
  • Help design labels and simple promotional materials.
  • Maintain consistent branding with provided templates.
  • Office Support:
  • Order and organize office supplies.
  • Assist with occasional customer inquiries.
  • Help with other day-to-day tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks) and office tools like Excel.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of inventory tracking is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., photoshop) are helpful but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.94 - $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week

Schedule:

 

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends
