Recycling Station Laborer- Hiring Urgently! Job at HireQuest Direct in Nashville

HireQuest Direct is seeking a Recycling Station Laborer to join our team. This role involves handling waste materials, sorting recyclables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Note: This position is full time and in the Murfreesboro area.

Key Responsibilities: (These duties can vary based on the specific project, site, and the client's requirements.)

• Assist in the collection, sorting, and disposal of waste materials. Operate heavy machinery as needed, following safety protocols.

• Sort and process recyclable materials to ensure maximum recovery and compliance with recycling standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Regularly inspect and clean equipment and work areas.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Report any hazards or safety concerns to management immediately.

• Work closely with other team members and supervisors to optimize waste management processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Be able to perform various physical tasks such as lifting, pulling, pushing, standing and walking for entire shift.

• Maintain a high attention to safety

• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.

Salary: $17

Shifts: 7am-3pm
