• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, for data manipulation and financial report creation
• Knowledge of Oracle financial software, for managing accounting tasks
• Experience with QuickBooks, for managing and categorizing transactions
• Familiarity with SAP, for financial planning and accounting processes.
We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team located in North Charleston, South Carolina. This role is central to our Logistics operations, where you will be chiefly tasked with managing invoices and ensuring precise record-keeping. This position is a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Handle invoice processing efficiently
• Ensure accurate account reconciliation activities
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations
• Oversee billing processes and procedures
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
• Maintain precise customer credit records
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounting Clerk role or similar position• Proficiency in account reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate
