We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the government industry based in Eugene, Oregon. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and handling account reconciliation. This role will also involve data entry tasks and usage of Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently
• Perform account reconciliation tasks on a regular basis
• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Conduct data entry tasks related to financial transactions
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis
• Handle any financial inquiries and resolve them promptly
• Monitor financial accounts and take necessary actions when required.• Proven experience in Account Reconciliation is a must
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes is required
• Demonstrable skill in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
• Previous experience in Billing procedures is necessary
• Excellent Data Entry skills are expected
• Proficiency in Invoice Processing is required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary
