Accounting Specialist Job at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Deerfield

LHH Recruitment Solutions is a assisting a company in near Deerfield, IL with a search for an accounting specialist. The accounting specialist will support the team with accounts payable and accounts receivable. This is a temporary role with potential to become permanent.

 

• Process accounts payable insuring correct coding, matching and approvals

• Communicate with vendors and ensure payment schedules are met

• Follow up with customers on accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

• Apply payments to accounts

• Research and analyze accounts

• Reconcile bank accounts

• Assist with month end close and reporting

Requirements:

• 2 years + of experience in AP or AR

• Prior experience with Excel

• Must be detailed and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Excellent communication skills

 

Pay: $26-$29/hour

Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
