LHH Recruitment Solutions is a assisting a company in near Deerfield, IL with a search for an accounting specialist. The accounting specialist will support the team with accounts payable and accounts receivable. This is a temporary role with potential to become permanent.
- Process accounts payable insuring correct coding, matching and approvals
- Communicate with vendors and ensure payment schedules are met
- Follow up with customers on accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Apply payments to accounts
- Research and analyze accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with month end close and reporting
- 2 years + of experience in AP or AR
- Prior experience with Excel
- Must be detailed and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
