The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and complying with regulations.

Our client is a leading Commercial Construction Management company that has been in business for 50+ years.
Description
- Manage all day to day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Assist with the annual budget, providing forecasts and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Assist the CFO with periodic financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
- Assist with the annual audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and current.
- Maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risk
Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance,
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (CMIC a Plus) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
