We are partnering with a growing Manufacturing company located in Clifton, NJ on their immediate need for a skilled Accounting Clerk to join their team. This role will be starting out as Temporary and will be supporting the accounting department on key projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to work on site from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday and possess a can- do attitude. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain accounting experience. 

 

Job Description:

  1. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Entering financial data and maintaining accurate records of transactions and organizing financial documents.
  2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Help with processing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
  3. Audit Support: Assisting with internal or external audits by gathering necessary documentation, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  4. General Administrative Tasks: This could include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing support to the accounting team as needed.

Requirements: 
Work onsite 5 days a week
