Peavey Corporation, a leader in forensics manufacturing, is looking for an accounting specialist to join our accounting team. This is a full time position (30-40 hours per week).

Job responsibilities may include but will not be limited to collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, payroll and other general areas of need.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Post daily cash receipts
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Accounts Payable
  • Audit paperwork and process invoices
  • Compile and prepare weekly and monthly reports for the controller
  • Communicate via phone, email, and Teams messaging with Customers and Co-Workers
  • Help update and create training materials for the accounting department
  • Provide general administrative help
  • Report to the Controller
  • Help with monthly closings and status reports.
  • Payroll
  • And other duties as assigned
