Peavey Corporation, a leader in forensics manufacturing, is looking for an accounting specialist to join our accounting team. This is a full time position (30-40 hours per week).
Job responsibilities may include but will not be limited to collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, payroll and other general areas of need.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Post daily cash receipts
- Customer Invoicing
- Accounts Payable
- Audit paperwork and process invoices
- Compile and prepare weekly and monthly reports for the controller
- Communicate via phone, email, and Teams messaging with Customers and Co-Workers
- Help update and create training materials for the accounting department
- Provide general administrative help
- Report to the Controller
- Help with monthly closings and status reports.
- Payroll
- And other duties as assigned
