Key Responsibilities:

• Practice GAAP
• Maintain and reconcile General ledger accounts
• Financial Reports to include balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and job cost reports
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and maintain financial records accurately.
• Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Manage all Invoicing and Contracts
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.
• Collaborate with Team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and sensitive data.
