Primary Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update databases as necessary.
  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing procedures.
  • Generate financial reports and assist with audits as required.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
  • Ability to properly organize and prioritize tasks, as well as office environment
  • Type accurately and keep records
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts including bank accounts and statements
  • Provide support and assistance to Accountants
  • Assist accounts payable in all functions
  • Record refunds and charges
  • Work according to established procedures, standards, and applicable laws
  • Support the accounting team with administrative tasks and projects.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES
  • Not less than 3 years of accounting experience
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service, with both external and internal customers
  • Competency in accounting software and databases, as well as MS Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to ensure accuracy in job delivery
  • Possess strong aptitude for numbers
  • Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
  • Intermediate office administration and computer skills. Proficiency with MS Office products and 10-key calculator.
  • Strong problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and meet strict deadlines.
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service, with both external and internal customers

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
  • Limited travel to job sites.
  • Normal office duties, occasionally required to climb, kneel, crouch or crawl.
