Job Type: Temporary (until January with possible extension to February)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday; 8:30am– 5pm
Location: Honolulu
Pay: $22/hour
Parking: Not available (occasional but not guaranteed)

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for accurate and timely review, cross-department research, and the resolution, processing, and posting of all donor pledge an payment transaction.

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for accurate and timely review, cross-department research, and the resolution, processing, and posting of all donor pledge an payment transaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Review pledge and payment envelopes
• Create import files to record transactions within the CRM
• Performs transaction research as requested
• Assist with pledge billing statement cycles
• Responsible for preparing daily cash deposits for campaign revenue
• Assist in updating Department level and position specific Standard Operating Procedures and monitor changes to integrate into SOP updates
Skills/Knowledge
• Proficient use of technology, software applications, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Proficient in high volume transaction processing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work on concurrent assignments, meet deadlines and contribute to team goals
