Position: Litigation Secretary

Job Description: Boutique law firm in Century City seeks a tenured Litigation Secretary to join their team. The ideal Litigation Secretary possesses 7-10+ years of experience in Business Litigation, Entertainment, Intellectual Property, and Real Estate and possesses demonstrated experience proofreading/redlining, efiling on state and federal level, assisting with trial preparation, and supporting up to 4-5 attorneys at a time.

Litigation Secretary Job Duties:

  • Directly support 4-5 attorneys with all aspects of case management
  • Electronically file documents on state and federal level
  • Proofread and redline various legal documents
  • Assist with trial preparation including compiling trial binders, generating TOCs/TOAs, and filing

Litigation Secretary Job Requirements:

  • MINIMUM 5 years of experience, ideally 7-10+ years as a Litigation Secretary preferred
  • Prior experience with iManage strongly preferred
