What We're Looking For:

Were seeking a motivated and skilled individual who brings:

  • Proven Expertise: At least 5+ years of experience as a legal administrative assistant in a law firm setting, with a strong focus on litigation. Experience in corporate and transactional matters is a big plus!
  • E-Filing Proficiency: Confidence and experience with State and Federal Court e-filing processes.
  • Legal Know-How: A solid understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and local and state court rules.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability: The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional ability to manage files, open new matters, and ensure all relevant documentation is meticulously maintained.
  • Calendar Mastery: Expertise in managing busy calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Professional Poise: Comfort handling executive-level responsibilities, including dealing with confidential matters.
  • Billing Support: Experience assisting with billing projects and reviews.
What You'll Do:

What We Offer:

We understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. While the position requires working in the office for the first 90 days, eligible employees may transition to a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
