Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivatedand experienced recruiter to join our team, specializing in identifying andattracting top-tier Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC)professionals for our growing outsourcing market in Latin America. Thisrole will focus on building strong relationships with candidates in the region,understanding their career aspirations, and matching them with suitableopportunities within our client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Actively source qualified AEC professionals through various channelsincluding LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals, focusingon the Latin American market.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including phone and videointerviews, to evaluate technical skills, project experience, and cultural fitfor client requirements.
  • Client Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specifichiring needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and present qualifiedcandidates for review.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the latestdevelopments within the Latin American AEC outsourcing market.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential candidates by providing careerguidance and maintaining open communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Pool Development: Proactively build a network ofqualified AEC professionals in the region to identify future talent.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience recruitingAEC professionals, preferably within the Latin American market.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcingand placing candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of the AEC industry,including technical skills and project management practices.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant TrackingSystems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
