We are in the search of a Guest Services Coordinator to join our team in the sign industry, based in Canton, Ohio. As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will manage sign projects from start to end, leveraging company capabilities to cater to our customers' needs. This role involves coordinating service activities, handling client relationships, and ensuring the efficient completion of service and survey requests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and resolving their issues promptly.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely execution of tasks.
• Collaborate with service technicians, sales teams, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of service-related materials and supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Create, manage, and track work orders from inception to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct post-service calls and surveys to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights for process improvements.• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Experience in answering inbound calls with courtesy and professionalism
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
• Familiarity with order entry systems and procedures
• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and manage calendars effectively
• Experience in scheduling tasks, meetings, and resources in a detail-oriented setting
